TE Office introduces a new customer service model 2 May 2022

In the Nordic labour market service model, job seekers receive earlier and more intense individual support from the TE Office or municipality. In the future, jobseekers will have to apply for a certain number of job opportunities in order to maintain their right to unemployment security. In addition to this, when transitioning to the new model, sanctions related to the unemployment benefit will be applied in stages. TE Offices and pilot municipalities are responsible for applying the new customer service model and guidance related to it. We have presented the Nordic labour market service model briefly on our website. You can read about it here. If you need advice on the new model, please contact the TE Office. If you are a client in a pilot municipality, you will receive advice from your municipality.
