Exceptions in our services during May

Ascension Day on Thursday 26 May 2022 is a holiday, so we will not be paying benefits on that date. This may cause a slight delay in benefit payments. Our helpline will also be closed on Tuesday 24 May 2022 and Ascension Thursday on 26 May 2022. Normally our service is available by phone at 020 7655 900

Mondays from 9:00 to 12:00 pm
Tuesdays from 12:00 to 2:00 pm
Wednesdays from 9:00 to 12:00 pm and
Thursdays from 9:00 to 12:00 pm.

You can use our electronic service outside of our service hours as well. In the eService, you can view payment notices and decisions, and send applications and messages to us, among other things.
