Copyright compensation no longer affects the amount of adjusted unemployment benefit

Copyright compensation no longer affects the amount of earnings-related daily allowance in adjustment. Other compensations based on intellectual property rights, such as royalty, compensation for use and compensation for an employment invention, will still be taken into account as earned income in the adjustment of unemployment benefit. The amendment of the decree will enter into force on 1 January 2023, after which copyright compensation will no longer be taken into account in the adjustment of unemployment benefits.
