eService

Log into our eService at the top of the page using your online banking credentials or Mobile ID.

You can use our eService to, for example,

  • submit applications,
  • upload supporting documents,
  • view your latest payment notices and decisions,
  • select your preferred method of receiving payment notices in ‘Settings’,
  • edit your contact information and bank account number, and
  • communicate with our customer service.

Our eService gives you a secure and easy way to communicate with your unemployment fund. It is also where you can find all your applications, supporting documents and correspondence.

Opening hours

  • Mondays from 9.00 am to 12.00 pm
  • Tuesdays from 12.00 pm to 3.00 pm
  • Wednesdays from 9.00 am to 12.00 pm
  • Thursdays from 9.00 am to 12.00 pm

Calls to Aaria’s telephone advice, including the wait times, are subject to charges.

Depending on your phone plan, the following rates apply:

  • local network rate, when calling from a fixed line
  • mobile network rate, when calling from a mobile phone
  • international rate as applicable.

If you have a phone plan with limited talk, ask your operator if calls beginning with 020 are included.

The first hour of the day is always our busiest, and queueing times may be longer then than towards the end of our opening hours.

Administrative hotline

Our administrative hotline helps government authorities and our partners between 9.00 am and 2.00 pm from Monday to Friday. The number for our administrative hotline has been communicated to the relevant organisations.

Please do not use regular e-mail to send messages or attachments that contain personal information. We recommend that you use our eService for secure correspondence.

If you do not have access to a secure e-mail system and you cannot use our eService, send us an e-mail at asiakaspalvelu@aariakassa.fi to let us know. We will send you a secure e-mail address to which you can reply.

Aaria’s Contact Information

We often use eService for our communication. You will receive a notification via text message or email when a message has been sent to your eService account, if you have given us your phone number or email address. To read the message, please log in to your eService account. For security reasons, notification messages will never include a link to the login page.

When we call you, the call will come from our customer service number, 020 7655 900 (+358207655900).

Our staff will never ask for your online banking credentials, passwords, or your bank or credit card number. You will only need your online banking credentials or Mobile ID when logging into eService.

If you suspect that a message or call claiming to be from Aaria is not genuine, do not respond or continue the conversation. You can always contact our customer service to verify whether the communication was legitimate.

Please note that you cannot physically visit our offices. You can, however, drop off applications and supporting documents in our letter box.
