Member satisfaction at a high level in Aaria

We have been serving our members as Aaria for more than a year now. Aaria started operating in early 2021 when the Unemployment Fund for Public and Private Sector Employees (JYTK) and the Unemployment Fund Statia merged into the JATTK unemployment fund. Based on our first member satisfaction survey, we have been very successful in our work. We were particularly commended for our staff's reliability and willingness to serve, as well as the reliability of application processing. Our members also praised our easy-to-use online services. Overall, our members were satisfied with our services. The response average was 4.97 on a scale of 1 to 6 (1 = bad, 6 = excellent). “We were delighted by the positive feedback, and we are strongly committed to providing high-quality and expert unemployment security services to all our members in the future. The survey responses also highlighted development areas: we intend to keep our members better updated in the future and are looking at opportunities to increase the reachability of our phone service”, says Petteri Syväoja, Service Manager at Aaria.
