Exceptions in our services during the spring

Good Friday, 29 March 2024, Easter Monday, 1 April 2024, May Day, and Ascension Day on Thursday 9 May are weekdays, so no benefits will be paid on those days. This may cause a slight delay in benefit payments. In addition our helpline will be closed on:

May Day
Ascension Day on Thursday 9 May

Mondays from 9.00 am to 12.00 pm
Tuesdays 1.00 pm. to 4.00 pm.
Wednesdays from 9.00 am to 12.00 pm and
Thursdays from 9.00 am to 12.00 pm.

You can use our electronic service even when we are unreachable. In the eService, you can view payment notices and decisions, and send applications and messages to us, among other things.
