The impact of Easter Holidays on payment dates and our telephone service

Good Friday, 15 April 2022, and Easter Monday, 18 April 2022, are weekdays, so no benefits will be paid on those days. This may cause a slight delay in benefit payments. During Easter, our telephone service will be closed on Easter Monday, 18 April 2022. Normally we are available via telephone at 020 7655 900

Mondays from 9–12
Tuesdays 12–14
Wednesdays 9–12 and
Thursdays 9–12.

You can use our electronic service even when we are unreachable. In the eService, you can view payment notices and decisions, and send applications and messages to us, among other things.
