Maintenance break in our systems from 23 to 30 December 2022
The Electrical Workers´ Unemployment Fund will merge with Unemployment Fund Aaria on 1 January 2023 Maintenance work will be carried out in our systems at the turn of the year, causing the electronic eService and payment system to be unavailable.
The downtime starts on Friday, 23 December 2022 at 13. The maintenance is expected to be completed on 30 December 2022 and the services will be back online by 31 December 2022. The services will be available as soon as the maintenance is completed, so the downtime may end earlier than expected.
During the break, the eService is closed. This means that you will not be able to view your information or send applications, attachments or messages in eServices. Due to maintenance, our payment system will also be unavailable. Unfortunately, this will cause slight delays in the processing of applications and the payment of benefits.
Our telephone service will also be closed during the maintenance break. You can reach us by phone again on Monday, 2 January 2023, when our telephone service is exceptionally open between 10 and 12.
