Changes to services

There will be changes to Aaria Unemployment Fund’s services around the turn of the year. These changes will affect how you apply for benefits and use the Unemployment Fund’s services. The changes are related to the merger of Aaria and Unemployment Fund Pro and the replacement of Aaria’s payment system.

This page provides information about the changes and how they will affect you. We will update the page regularly as more information becomes available and the instructions are clarified.

Payment system service interruption

Aaria’s payment system will be unavailable from 14 December 2026 to 3 January 2027. Due to the interruption, the eService will also close on 14 December 2026. This means that

• you will not be able to submit applications, attachments or messages through eService from 14 December 2026
• the processing of applications and payment of benefits will be suspended in mid-December.

Services will reopen on 4 January 2027.

Closer to the service interruption, we will provide more detailed information on how to prepare for it. If your earnings-related unemployment allowance application period ends during the interruption, you will receive separate instructions on how to apply during this exceptional period.

The online service will change

Aaria will introduce a new payment system around the turn of the year, and the online service will change at the same time. Well before the new service is introduced, we will explain what is changing and how to use the new service.

Decisions and other documents primarily in electronic format

From the beginning of 2027, we will primarily deliver decisions and other documents through the online service.

If you do not use online services, you can continue to receive Aaria’s decisions and other documents by post.
