Exceptions in our services during spring

The public holidays will affect both the payment of benefits and our telephone service.

The following public holidays are not benefit payment dates:

Good Friday, 3 April
Easter Monday, 6 April
May Day, 1 May
Ascension Day, 14 May.

This may cause minor delays in benefit payments. Our telephone service is also closed on public holidays. Our telephone service will also be closed on Thursday, 23 April 2026.

You can use our electronic service even when we are unreachable. In the eService, you can view payment notices and decisions, and send applications and messages to us, among other things.
