Aaria Unemployment Fund’s Meeting of the Council of Representatives
The meeting will take place on Wednesday 26 May 2026 starting at 5:00 p.m. The meeting will be held online using Microsoft Teams. Representatives of the member communities will receive a separate link via email to attend the meeting.
The agenda of the meeting will include all of the matters mentioned in section 13 of the fund’s rules. The matters under consideration also include the merger of the Pro Unemployment Fund into the Aaria Unemployment Fund, the temporary supplementation of the Board with members and deputy members from Pro for the transitional period, and amendments to the Unemployment Fund’s rules.
The Council of Representatives was selected in 2024 for a three-year term from 2024 to 2027.
Based on the number of members as of 31 December 2023, the member communities were able to choose representatives for the current term in 2024 as follows:

The fund will check the eligibility of the chosen representatives by 14 March 2026. The Board of the unemployment fund will provide member communities with instructions on holding any extraordinary member community meetings.

If the constituency of representatives makes any changes to its representatives to the Representative Council, certified extracts from the minutes of the constituency meeting must be submitted by 24 April 2026 by email to joonas.hihnala@aariakassa.fi or tarja.ojala@aariakassa.fi. At the same time, the email address and telephone number of the meeting representatives must be provided.

A meeting fee will be paid to members of the Representative Council who attend the meeting of the Fund’s Representative Council. If an ordinary member is unable to attend, the meeting fee will be paid to the deputy member who attends in their place.
