Aaria Valmennuspalvelut Job Search Training for Aaria Members
We offer our members job search training in collaboration with Aamos Valmennuspalvelut. In the Autumn 2026 training series, you will learn how to write an effective job application, succeed in job interviews, and maintain motivation in your job search. The training sessions will be held in Finnish.
The training sessions are conducted remotely via Teams and are free of charge for Aaria members.
Trainer Introduction
The webinars are led by Tuomas Salo, an experienced trainer and learning and development professional who has worked at Aamos Valmennuspalvelut since 2016. During his career, Tuomas has delivered more than one hundred job search webinars, as well as numerous group, individual, and online coaching programs.
A graduate of the University of Helsinki, Tuomas combines a strong academic foundation with a practical, results-oriented approach to personal development. His expertise is complemented by extensive studies in psychology and foundational studies in educational sciences, enabling him to effectively promote learning and motivation while helping individuals achieve concrete, measurable results.
