Support for job search

We want to support you in your job search! As our member, you have access to free guidance and advisory services related to job seeking, provided by our specialised partner organisations.

Participation in services that support employment is voluntary and free of charge for our members. You can decide whether to use these services. Using or not using the services will not affect your unemployment benefits.

The Fund’s services do not replace registering as a jobseeker

The employment support services offered by the unemployment fund are voluntary. Please note that these services do not replace the requirement to register as a jobseeker. You must register with the employment authority, which is either your local authority or your employment area, no later than on your first day of unemployment. You can only receive earnings-related allowance if you have registered as a jobseeker in accordance with their instructions.

Coolla’s career and job search services

Coolla’s service package includes tips for job searching, instructions for creating a CV, and tools to articulate your skills. You can also submit your CV through the service to receive feedback from an expert. The services are provided by Coolla Oy, a company specialising in career and job search services.

Aamos Valmennuspalvelut job search training

We offer our members, in collaboration with Aamos Valmennuspalvelut, a training series where you will learn for example how to write an effective job application and CV, succeed in a job interview, and maintain motivation in your job search.

The training sessions will be held in Finnish.

The training sessions are held online via Teams and will not be recorded. You can sign up for one or multiple sessions using the link below.
